How may I be of service?

Below are the services that I offer. At my core, I am a filmmaker. But, since I can wear so many different hats, I'm a video production studio of one. If you have any questions about how my skill set can help your project, feel free to contact me. 

Animation

I specialize in traditional hand drawn animation, 2D motion graphics, and 3D technical animation. My animation is generally used for films, videos, or games. I can also produce animated pixel art. I like to use After Effects for 2D animations and Blender for 3D animations.

Video Editing

Using a non-linear editing system, such as Premiere, I can edit for film and video. I'm also adept at editing audio. My style of edit depends on the project, but I have a very good sense of timing, pacing, rhythm, and flow. 

Icon design

If you need an icon for an app or UI elements for your website, I can cover most general needs. I can produce both raster and vector graphics, animated or still.

Graphical Art

I can produce simple and elegant digital graphics for any particular application; Web graphics, T-shirt designs, game assets, etc. I generally try to work only for digital publication, but I do some projects for print.

3D Modeling & Rendering

I have extensive experience 3D modeling and rendering hard surface objects and scenes. Most of my experience is in architectural and product renderings. I use Blender and After Effects for modeling, animation, rendering, and compositing.

Writing & Story Development

In addition to writing screenplays and scripts for video production, I can also offer consultation on script writing and story development for films, videos, and animation. I mostly help with character arcs, story structure, dialog, visual storytelling, action and motivation, clarity, plot, and theming. I am also familiar with technical writing.

Storyboarding for Animation

I do storyboards for animation; either animated films or shorts. I also create animatics from storyboards and extra elements. I can also consult on a storyboarded project, giving feedback to help with clarity.

Direction

Do you need someone with a clear vision to bring a project into existence? I have directed several shorts and produced a number of videos under my own direction. I know how to work with actors, animators, technicians, etc and I bring a breadth of knowledge in filmmaking that allows me to get to my vision quickly.

Photography & Videography

I sometimes do side projects for capturing a staged scene or still life. I only use available light (no flash or practical lights) for capturing an image or video. Please note, I don't record audio. If you would like me to work with you on a project with sound and/or practical lights, you will need to provide the equipment.

Sound Design & Musical composition

I can create simple sound effects, voice effects, and musical compositions for small projects like videos, short films, and games. While I don't do symphonic and grand soundtracks for blockbusters, I can create ambiances in a small variety of genres.
